AI advertising / Creative production

Workflow

Commercial films built with generative tools. My work is the visual side: concepts, generated imagery and the shot-to-shot consistency that turns separate outputs into one film.

The project

An AI-focused creative and education project working in AI-powered advertising and creative production, built around repeatable workflows rather than one-off image generation.

My part

Generative visual concepts, AI video workflows and commercial creative assets — the design decisions in front of the model, not the model itself.

Honest scope

Workflow is a team and a school. The films below are project output; the Levante spot is a student’s, credited where it sits. This case shows the production approach I work inside.

01 / Context

Generation is the easy part. Holding a film together is not.

Field
AI-powered advertising and commercial video production.

Problem
Isolated AI images look convincing. A whole spot of them rarely looks like one product.

Answer
Structured workflows: research, concept, generation, consistency, edit, sound, final output.

02 / My role

Design decisions in front of the model.

I work on the visual development: reference and concept work before anything is generated, the look and art direction a spot commits to, and the consistency pass that keeps a character, a product and a location recognisable from shot to shot. It is the same judgement I use in brand and campaign work, applied to a toolset that produces material faster than it produces coherence.

03 / Position

A designer who uses AI, not an AI operator.

Generative tools change how a frame gets made. They do not change what makes a frame worth making — composition, typography, rhythm, restraint. This work sits alongside the branding, editorial and interface projects on the rest of this site, and it draws on the same foundation.

Stage 01

Research & concept

Brief, references and the idea, settled before a single frame is generated.

Stage 02

Generation

Visual development and generated material built against an agreed direction.

Stage 03

Consistency

Style, character and location held steady across shots so the cut reads as one film.

Stage 04

Edit & sound

Rhythm, sound and the final pass that makes the material a finished spot.

Porsche 911 concept spot published by Workflow, generated with AI. Independent work, not affiliated with or commissioned by Porsche.
Levante Color spot, made entirely on AI by Murat, a Workflow student with a design rather than a film background. Published by Workflow as course output.
Silent excerpt. The same grade and weather across a moving sequence.
Wide frame of a car on a wet mountain pass between snow-covered peaks
Wide establishing frame: the location has to survive a cut back to the close-ups.
Macro frame of a hair strand on a dark blue field with a product line of text
Product macro from the Levante spot: generated texture carrying a claim.

Making of a spot, from generated frames to the final edit rhythm.

Credits and scope

Project work, credited where it belongs.

Workflow is a collective project. The films on this page were published by Workflow: the Porsche 911 spot as project output, the Levante spot by the student credited above. My contribution is the AI design and creative production work described in this case, not sole authorship of every film shown. Brand names appear as they do in the source material; the spots are independent concept work and are not affiliated with the brands. Workflow Education Instagram
